Childcare while job hunting, what worked? after 10 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have 10 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. A neighbour offered help but not every day. What worked for you?

I swapped afternoons with another parent. It took some planning and saved us both money.
