Childcare while job hunting, what worked? - 22 weeks in

I have 13 kids and I need to interview and work without a sitter. Any experience at all would help. I looked into subsidies but the forms are long. Is there an emergency option?

Libraries and community centres run free activities that gave me a couple of hours.
