My income is now a fraction of what it was as a procurement assistant and I am trying to cover the essentials. It has been weighing on me all week. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
