Budgeting tips when income drops - what worked for you?

We are a household of 10 and the budget no longer works. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. What helped you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Sell things you do not use. I made about $650 from a weekend of listing.
