Budgeting tips when income drops - what worked for you?

We are a household of 18 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
