Budgeting tips when income drops, warehouse supervisor here

We are a household of 17 and the budget no longer works. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
