Budgeting tips when income drops (update)

We are a household of 18 and the budget no longer works. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
