Budgeting tips when income drops (update)

We are a household of 10 and the budget no longer works. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
