Budgeting tips when income drops (update)

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
