Budgeting tips when income drops (Salt Lake City)

We are a household of 14 and the budget no longer works. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Sell things you do not use. I made about $600 from a weekend of listing.
