Budgeting tips when income drops, payroll clerk here

We are a household of 8 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
