Budgeting tips when income drops, nurse's aide here

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a nurse's aide and I am trying to cover the essentials. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
