Budgeting tips when income drops, mechanic here

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a mechanic and I am trying to cover the essentials. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
