Budgeting tips when income drops - first time posting

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
