Budgeting tips when income drops - first time posting

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
