Budgeting tips when income drops - first time posting

We are a household of 8 and the budget no longer works. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
