Budgeting tips when income drops - any advice?

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a barista and I am trying to cover the essentials. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
