Budgeting tips when income drops - any advice?

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a marketing coordinator and I am trying to cover the essentials. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
