Budgeting tips when income drops - any advice?

We are a household of 17 and the budget no longer works. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Sell things you do not use. I made about $500 from a weekend of listing.
