Budgeting tips when income drops - any advice?

I am $200 short each month and trying to find it. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
