Budgeting tips when income drops - any advice?

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a dental hygienist and I am trying to cover the essentials. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about falling behind.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
