Budgeting tips when income drops - any advice?

We are a household of 13 and the budget no longer works. Thank you in advance. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
