Budgeting tips when income drops (Albuquerque)

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a call-centre agent and I am trying to cover the essentials. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
