Budgeting tips when income drops after 8 years as a store manager

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a store manager and I am trying to cover the essentials. I worked as a store manager before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
