Budgeting tips when income drops after 15 years as a line cook

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a line cook and I am trying to cover the essentials. I worked as a line cook before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
