Budgeting tips when income drops after 11 years as an electrician's helper

My income is now a fraction of what it was as an electrician's helper and I am trying to cover the essentials. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?
