Budgeting tips when income drops after 11 years as a medical assistant

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a medical assistant and I am trying to cover the essentials. Thank you in advance. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
