Budgeting tips when income drops after 10 years as an insurance claims processor

I am $400 short each month and trying to find it. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
