Budgeting tips when income drops - 9 months and counting

We are a household of 7 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 17 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
