Budgeting tips when income drops - 8 months and counting

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am nervous about falling behind.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
