Budgeting tips when income drops - 4 months and counting

We are a household of 14 and the budget no longer works. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
