Budgeting tips when income drops - 4 months and counting

I am $1050 short each month and trying to find it. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
