Budgeting tips when income drops

We are a household of 4 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 3 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
