Budgeting tips when income drops - 17 weeks in

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 17 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
