Budgeting tips when income drops - 14 months and counting

We are a household of 3 and the budget no longer works. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
