Budgeting tips when income drops - 12 months and counting

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 22 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $1100 from a weekend of listing.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
