Budgeting tips when income drops - 10 months and counting

I am $350 short each month and trying to find it. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
