I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I want reminders to follow up. What do you use?

Set a weekly follow-up reminder on your phone. It is free and effective.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
