Best tools for tracking applications? after 17 years as a copywriter

Diego Grimaldi · 2026-06-29T11:45:20.232Z

I am tracking my applications in a notebook and want something better. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Any good templates?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
