Best tools for tracking applications? after 13 years as a welding apprentice

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I want reminders to follow up.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
