Best tools for tracking applications? after 10 years as a janitorial supervisor

I am tracking my applications in a notebook and want something better. I want reminders to follow up. Any good templates?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Set a weekly follow-up reminder on your phone. It is free and effective.
