I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. Any experience at all would help. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Any good templates?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
