Best tools for tracking applications? - 6 months and counting

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. It has been a long 16 weeks. I do not want to pay for premium features. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
