I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I have been trying to stay organised about it. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. What do you use?

A simple spreadsheet with company, date, contact and next step was all I needed.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
