I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to pay for premium features. Any good templates?

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
