Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - what worked for you?

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as a medical assistant. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am open to people from any field. Would anyone like to start one?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
