Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - what worked for you?

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I can meet in person or by video. What format worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
