Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - what worked for you?

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Richmond. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I think weekly goals would help. Does anyone know of a group?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
