Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - what worked for you?

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am open to people from any field.

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
