Anyone want to form a job-search accountability group? - what worked for you?

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
